Appropriates $2,500,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Little Fork for campground and recreational area development.

Funds cover predesign, design, site preparation, equipping, and furnishing including tent and recreational vehicle camping spaces, ATV wash station and loading ramp, camp office, fishing dock, swimming beach, shower and restroom facilities, and infrastructure improvements.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Exempts the appropriation from requirements under Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.86, subdivision 4.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
