• Report must cover fiscal years 2020 to 2026 and include an overview of cultural resources expenditures, total amounts or estimates for each fiscal year, and comparisons of budgeted versus actual expenditures for closed fiscal years.

• Report must detail total cultural resources expenditures for each major highway project with summary descriptions of costs and breakouts by resource type, including historic properties, archaeological resources, burial grounds, and human remains.

• An unspecified amount from the trunk highway fund in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation for preparation of the cultural resources expenditures report as a onetime appropriation.
