Department of Commerce must establish a searchable database for all common interest communities operating in Minnesota, accessible on the common interest community's webpage.

Database must include the community's legal name, federal employer identification number, mailing and physical address, officer and director contact information, governing documents (declarations, bylaws, rules, and amendments), total number of parcels, and annual budget revenues and expenses.

For communities under developer control, the database must also include the developer's legal name, federal employer identification number, and total number of parcels owned by the developer on the date of reporting.

Database search function must allow users to search by the community name to identify the common interest community that governs the property.
