Appropriates $1,300,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Duluth Children's Museum.

Grant funds designated for the nonprofit organization to design, construct, furnish, and equip capital improvements for museum building expansion in Duluth.

Appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

One-time appropriation that becomes effective the day following final enactment.
