Appropriates $3,800,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Danube for water infrastructure improvements.

Funds will address elevated levels of radium, iron, manganese, and dissolved solids in Danube's water supply through predesign, design, construction, and equipment activities.

Grant money covers construction of a new water treatment plant, rehabilitation of existing wells, and addition of new wells.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,800,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
