Recipients of state bond proceeds or state appropriations for capital projects must prominently display a notice on the property stating the project was funded with state taxes collected statewide.

Notice must display a state-provided logo and identify funding as "granted state money from taxes collected statewide," and may include the project name, funding proportions, and logos of other contributors.

Drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects must include the notice on all city utility billing statement formats provided to customers.

Performance venue projects must display the notice in programs, on the venue's website where performances are advertised, and on a sign posted at the venue.

The commissioner must develop a logo for required signs and post downloadable, print-ready PDF sign templates on its website; the law is effective the day following final enactment and applies to projects receiving grants from appropriations enacted after January 1, 2024.
