Reduces deer hunting license fee for residents age 70 or over to $2 for firearms, archery, and muzzleloader seasons (previously $34 for all methods).

Reduces angling license fee for residents age 70 or over to $2 (previously $25 for standard annual license).

Exempts residents age 70 or over from pheasant stamp requirements for small-game hunting.

Exempts residents age 70 or over from migratory-waterfowl stamp requirements.

Effective date: March 1, 2025.
