Appropriates $12,000,000 from bond proceeds to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to construct, furnish, and equip a new addition to the Brooklyn Park community activity center, including multicourt gymnasium space.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $12,000,000 according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Amends Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 10 to increase the appropriation to $5,000,000 for renovation of the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center and specifies project scope including entrance improvements for ADA compliance, exterior improvements for community event space, and parking facility.

Effective the day following final enactment.
