Appropriates $1,570,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for grants to Kingston Township, Forest City Township, or both for design and construction of the Salisbury Bridge rehabilitation in Meeker County.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,570,000 to provide the appropriated funds, following procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
