Permits home distillation of spirits for family use without a license, alongside existing allowances for fermenting fruit juices and brewing beer.

Allows homemade spirits to be removed from premises for organized events including competitions, tastings, and exhibitions, provided containers prevent toxic substance migration.

Requires written notice or signage at any tasting event disclosing that beverages are homemade, not state-inspected, and may be consumed by persons over age 21 at their own risk, including producer's name and address.

Limits home distillation production to a maximum of 100 gallons of spirits per year and prohibits sale or offering for sale of any homemade beverages.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 340A.705, which previously classified unauthorized stills as prima facie evidence of unlawful alcoholic beverage manufacture.
