• Appropriates $1,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Eagle Bend for high school renovation.
• Funds are in addition to a previous appropriation made in Laws 2017, First Special Session chapter 8, article 1, section 20, subdivision 8, as amended by Laws 2021.
• Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds.
• Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
