Prohibits manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, or distributing any new juvenile product containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in Minnesota, effective January 1, 2025.

Defines "juvenile products" as items designed or marketed for infants and children under 12 years of age, including cribs, mattresses, car seats, strollers, play mats, and similar products.

Excludes from the prohibition children's electronic products, medical devices, adult mattresses, and the resale of used juvenile products.

Authorizes the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Commissioner to enforce the prohibition under existing statutes, with coordination available from the Commissioners of Commerce and Health.

Allows the Pollution Control Agency Commissioner to request information from manufacturers and sellers to verify compliance with the prohibition.
