Amends Minnesota Statutes section 325F.6641, subdivision 2, to make a technical change to motor vehicle dealer disclosure requirements.

Modifies oral disclosure requirement to exclude sales performed online, allowing dealers to provide only written disclosure for online transactions.

Requires motor vehicle dealers to disclose prior vehicle damage, title brands, and flood damage (submersion above dashboard) to prospective buyers in both written and oral form.

Establishes that if a person receives a flood disclosure from any seller and subsequently offers that vehicle for sale, they must provide the same flood disclosure to any prospective subsequent buyer.

Requires written disclosures to be signed by the buyer and maintained in the dealer's sales file as prescribed by the motor vehicle registrar.
