Designates a segment of marked Trunk Highway 5 from Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 60 (Mitchell Road) in Eden Prairie to the westerly side of Trunk Highway 41 (Hazeltine Boulevard) in Chanhassen as "Prince Rogers Nelson Memorial Highway."

Requires the commissioner of transportation to adopt a suitable marking design and erect appropriate signs for the Prince Rogers Nelson Memorial Highway, with signs to be purple in color.

Modifies the existing Augie Mueller Memorial Highway designation by removing the western terminus at Highway 101 and establishing it to begin at the westerly side of Trunk Highway 41 (Hazeltine Boulevard) in Chanhassen, extending southwesterly to Trunk Highway 19 near Gaylord.

Requires the community to reimburse the Department of Transportation for costs incurred in marking and memorializing the Augie Mueller Memorial Highway.

Both sections become effective the day following final enactment.
