Ratifies labor agreement between state of Minnesota and Minnesota State College Faculty for fiscal years 2022 and 2023, submitted November 9, 2022.

Ratifies six separate memorandums of understanding with various state employee unions submitted between May 27 and November 30, 2022, including agreements with the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 5, Minnesota Nurses Association, Middle Management Association, Minnesota Government Engineers Council, and State Residential Schools Education Association.

Sections 1 and 2 become effective the day following final enactment.
