Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169.865, subdivision 1a, to expand the definition of "qualifying agricultural products" for special farm products permits.

Adds raw or processed grass seed as a new category (item 7) to the list of qualifying agricultural products.

Maintains existing qualifying products including agricultural crops, livestock, food crops, fluid milk, seed and material for livestock and poultry feed, and livestock manure.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
