Increases career and technical revenue percentage from 35 percent to 50 percent of approved expenditures for districts with approved career and technical programs, effective for fiscal year 2024 and later.

Raises the career and technical revenue equalizing factor from $7,612 to $13,388 for fiscal year 2024 and later, allowing districts to levy higher amounts for career and technical education.

Removes revenue caps that previously limited career and technical education funding to $17,850,000 (2012), $15,520,000 (2013), and $20,657,000 (2014).

Repeals subdivision 3a of Minnesota Statutes section 124D.4531, which previously required proportional revenue adjustments to meet statewide revenue targets for tax years 2012-2014.

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the general fund to the Department of Education for career and technical program aid in fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
