Appropriates $53,300,000 in fiscal year 2024 from the general fund to the city of Eden Prairie for road reconstruction, utilities, and related improvements including Dell Road, Riverview Road, Duck Lake Trail, and seven other projects through June 30, 2030.

Appropriates $31,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 to reconstruct the interchange at marked Trunk Highway 5 and Eden Prairie Road, with funds available until June 30, 2029.

Appropriates $22,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 to reconstruct the interchange at marked U.S. Highway 169 and Valley View Road, including intersections in both Eden Prairie and Edina, with funds available until June 30, 2029.

Total appropriation of $106,300,000 for transportation projects in Eden Prairie and Edina, distributed through the commissioner of transportation as grants to the cities and Hennepin County.
