Establishes a new restricted disabled relative license allowing persons age 15 and older to drive for relatives with disabilities who cannot drive or lack a driver's license.

Exempts applicants from standard licensing requirements including six-month instruction permit and 12-month provisional license provisions.

Restricts license use to transporting the relative for daily living needs including work, appointments, shopping, and errands.

Limits operation to between 5 a.m. and midnight and within a 40-mile radius of the relative's residence.

Requires applicants to submit a written verified statement from the relative explaining the applicant's qualification, with the law effective July 1, 2024.
