Adds Nuclear Decommissioning Reserve Funds, as defined in Section 468A of the Internal Revenue Code, to the list of entities exempt from Minnesota income taxation under Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 290.05, subdivision 1.

Exempts these funds from state income tax requirements while maintaining that entities claiming exemption must establish their taxable status to the commissioner's satisfaction.

Effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2022.
