Appropriates $4,200,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2024 to the commissioner of transportation for grants to Murray County.

Funds preliminary design, design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of a flood mitigation and road-widening project on County State-Aid Highway 13 between Trunk Highway 59 and Keely Island near Lake Shetek.

Project includes constructing shared-use paths, raising dikes, and relocating water main and sanitary sewer infrastructure as necessary.

Designated as a onetime appropriation.
