Appropriates $1,262,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for roof replacement at Hennepin Community and Technical College.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,262,000 to fund the appropriation, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Spending must comply with Minnesota Statutes section 135A.046 (higher education asset preservation and replacement requirements).

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
