Prohibits asking, soliciting, or attempting to persuade voters to vote for or refrain from voting for a candidate or ballot question within a polling place, within 100 feet of the polling place building, or anywhere on public property where a polling place is situated on primary or election day.

Bans wearing, exhibiting, or distributing items displaying a candidate's name, likeness, logo, or slogan; a ballot question's number, title, subject, slogan, or logo; or a political party's name, likeness, logo, or slogan in or near polling places, with items including pamphlets, flyers, signs, buttons, badges, shirts, hats, and similar materials.

Applies restrictions to absentee voting areas established by county auditors or municipal clerks as provided in chapter 203B.

Limits applicability of these prohibitions to hours when polling places are open for voting.

Exempts distribution of "I VOTED" stickers as provided in section 204B.49.
