Amends Minnesota Statutes section 171.041 to allow 15-year-olds to obtain a restricted farm work driver's license without completing the six-month instruction permit or 12-month provisional license requirements.

Expands eligibility to allow farm work for any entity authorized to farm under section 500.24, not just the applicant's parents or guardians.

Maintains operating restrictions limiting use to daylight hours only and within a 40-mile radius of the farmhouse where work is performed.

Adds a new application requirement: if the applicant is not working for a parent or guardian, the farm owner must provide a written verified statement of necessity for the license.

Clarifies that property tax or rental statements must show the parent, guardian, or employer owns or rents agricultural land.
