Appropriates $1,000,000 to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2024 and $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 as a grant to Junior Achievement North.

Grant must be used to expand student participation in financial literacy programs, career readiness programs, and entrepreneurship programs with focus on underserved students.

Programming must be provided equitably to students in greater Minnesota to the extent possible.

Grant procedures must comply with Minnesota Statutes section 127A.20 for evidence-based education grants.

Junior Achievement North must report annually by February 1 to legislative education committees with information on operations, audit results, program descriptions, student demographics, school participation, and partnerships with other financial literacy organizations.
