Applies the same fuel adjustment mechanism to ambulance service reimbursement rates based on United States Energy Information Administration gasoline price data for Minnesota.

Requires managed care plans and county-based purchasing plans to provide fuel adjustments for nonemergency medical transportation payment rates when gasoline exceeds $3.00 per gallon.

Uses average prices of all gasoline grades for Minnesota as the basis for calculating percentage increases or decreases, with $3.00 per gallon as the baseline price.
