Reduces vehicle registration tax for disabled veterans based on their disability rating percentage as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Limits the tax reduction to one vehicle per owner at a time.

Requires the commissioner of management and budget to transfer funds from the general fund to the highway user tax distribution fund by July 15 each fiscal year to offset the tax reductions provided to disabled veterans.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 168.013 to implement the new disability-based tax reduction subdivision.
