Amends Minnesota Statutes section 168B.09, subdivision 2, to correct language regarding local government ordinances and regulations by replacing "in accordance with" for "in accordance with to" regarding sections 168B.01 to 168B.101.

Removes the obsolete date "After June 1, 1987" from section 169.223, subdivision 4, regarding headlight requirements for new motorized bicycles sold or offered for sale in Minnesota.

Updates section 169.64, subdivision 9, to replace "Society of Automotive Engineers" with "SAE International" when referencing standards for amber warning lamps on solid waste and recycling collection vehicles.

Clarifies that amber warning lamps on collection vehicles may only operate when stopped at collection locations or traveling at least 10 miles per hour below the posted speed limit between collection sites.
