Removes obsolete language from Minnesota Statutes section 168.61, subdivision 2, by striking the reference to "calendar year 1958 and during each year thereafter" and clarifying that intercity buses are subject to registration and taxation as motor vehicles on an apportionment basis.

Removes the obsolete date "On and after August 1, 2018" from Minnesota Statutes section 168A.09, subdivision 1(b), making the requirement for the commissioner to allow duplicate certificate of title issuance by deputy registrars permanently effective.

Makes miscellaneous technical corrections to update outdated statutory references and language throughout Minnesota law.
