Metropolitan area counties using transportation sales tax proceeds for guideways must submit biennial reports to legislative transportation committees by August 15 of even-numbered years.

Reports must include actual transportation sales tax collections over the previous five calendar years.

Reports must include estimated sales tax revenues for the current year and the next ten calendar years.

Reports must detail sales tax expenditures or proposed expenditures for guideway planning, construction, operation, and maintenance for the previous five years, current year, and next ten years.

Reports must include total expenditures for non-guideway uses and an estimated balance of unspent or undesignated county sales tax revenues.
