Amends Minnesota Statutes section 168.123, subdivision 2, to add a new category (n) for special veterans license plates.

Authorizes special license plates bearing the inscription "MULTINATIONAL PEACEKEEPERS BEIRUT, LEBANON" for veterans who served as multinational peacekeepers in Beirut, Lebanon, between August 1, 1982, and July 31, 1984.

The commissioner of veterans affairs shall design the emblem for these plates, subject to approval by the commissioner of public safety.

Adds this new plate category to the existing list of veteran special plates, which includes Vietnam veterans, Pearl Harbor survivors, World War II and Korean veterans, Purple Heart recipients, and others.
