Increases medical assistance income eligibility limit from 100 percent to 133 percent of federal poverty guidelines for persons eligible under section 256B.055, subdivisions 7, 7a, and 12 (persons with disabilities and persons age 65 and over).

Maintains 133 percent of federal poverty guidelines income limit for parents or caretaker relatives under subdivision 3a.

Maintains 133 percent of federal poverty guidelines income limit for persons under subdivision 15 and children age 19 to 20 under subdivision 16.

Maintains 275 percent of federal poverty guidelines income limit for children under age 19 under subdivision 3a.

Effective date is January 1, 2024.
