Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326B.106, subdivision 4, to modify window cleaning safety requirements in the State Building Code

Exempts new buildings that are six stories or less from requiring dedicated anchorages for suspended window cleaning if the roof has a slope steeper than four units vertical by 12 units horizontal (pitched roofs)

Requires dedicated anchorages for suspended window cleaning on all new buildings four stories or greater, and on existing buildings four stories or greater only where areas undergo reconstruction, alteration, or repair that exposes primary structural roof components

Allows the commissioner to waive anchorage requirements for reconstruction, alteration, or repair projects if installation would not provide significant safety improvements due to project size or other factors
