Requires all grades kindergarten through 12 to present at least one hour per year of personal body safety instruction called "Erin's Law" as part of health curriculum.

"Erin's Law" instruction must include information on good touch, bad touch, private areas of the body, speaking to trusted adults, and not keeping unsafe secrets.

Department of Education must provide this information electronically to schools by September 30 of each year, starting September 30, 2023.

Appropriates $899,000 in fiscal year 2024 from the general fund to the Department of Education for implementing "Erin's Law" as a one-time appropriation.

School districts and charter schools receive $1 per pupil based on average daily membership in the 2023-2024 school year, with proportional distribution if appropriation is insufficient.
