Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 200.04, subdivision 1 to establish complaint procedures for election law violations

Secretary of State must establish a procedure for reviewing complaints regarding Title III of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, including voting system standards, voter registration requirements, and statewide registration lists

Complaints under paragraph (a) require a signed complaint form with an affidavit, notarization, and supporting documentation; election judges serving are deemed notaries public for this purpose

Secretary of State must establish a separate procedure for complaints not governed by paragraph (a), requiring only a signed complaint form and supporting documentation
