Renames the Division of Driver and Vehicle Services within the Department of Public Safety to the Division of Motor Vehicles in Minnesota Statutes sections 168.325, 171.168, and 171.3215.

Updates references to the division in statutes governing commercial driver's license holders' notification of convictions to use the new Division of Motor Vehicles name.

Updates references to the division in statutes governing waiver of permanent license cancellation for certain convictions to use the new Division of Motor Vehicles name.

Directs the revisor of statutes to substitute "Division of Motor Vehicles" for "Division of Driver and Vehicle Services" throughout all Minnesota Statutes and Minnesota Rules.
