Appropriates $2,500,000 to the Sanneh Foundation for fiscal year 2024 and $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2025 through the Department of Education.

Directs grants toward programs for low-performing and chronically absent students, with focus on low-income students and students of color.

Supports interventions aimed at decreasing absenteeism, encouraging school engagement, improving grades, and improving graduation rates.

Permits use of funds for in-school academic and behavioral interventions, year-round out-of-school enrichment activities, career exploration opportunities, and pathways development with business partners for education and youth development careers.

Allows grant funds to support out-of-school summer mentoring programs, including stipends for mentors.
