MN SF2151

Adds a new special veterans license plate for recipients of the Air Medal, inscribed with a facsimile of the medal and bearing the inscription "AIR MEDAL VETERAN" directly below the plate number.

Renumbers the existing provision for woman veteran license plates from (m) to (n) to accommodate the new Air Medal plate provision.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 168.123, subdivision 2, which governs the design of veterans' special license plates.

Effective January 1, 2024, applying to Air Medal veteran special license plates issued on or after that date.
