Removes private nonprofit hospitals that lease buildings from counties or cities from the definition of "claimant agency" eligible to file revenue recapture claims under Minnesota's tax intercept program.

Removes ambulance services licensed under chapter 144E from the definition of "claimant agency" for revenue recapture purposes.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 270A.04, subdivision 5, which required private nonprofit hospitals leasing county or city buildings to annually provide the commissioner with copies of their lease agreements.

Changes are effective the day following final enactment.
