Extends the five-year period requirement for activities in Tax Increment Financing District No. 14 (Ramsey) by an additional five years to November 28, 2026, under Minnesota Statutes section 469.1763, subdivision 3.

Extends the requirements for use of increment after the initial five-year period from the 13th year to the 16th year under Minnesota Statutes section 469.1763, subdivision 4.

Becomes effective the day after the city of Ramsey's governing body and chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
