Establishes a $5,000 one-time scholarship for high school seniors who have participated for at least three years in the Minnesota State High School Mathematics League and plan to attend a four-year degree program at a Minnesota postsecondary institution.

Minnesota State High School Mathematics League creates the scholarship application and determines eligibility, then submits the list of recipients to the Office of Higher Education.

Office of Higher Education distributes scholarships to the higher education institutions where eligible students are enrolled, subject to available appropriations.

Scholarships are available for four years beginning in the 2023-2024 academic year.

Appropriates $300,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $300,000 in fiscal year 2025, with a base of $300,000 in fiscal years 2026 and 2027, reducing to $0 in fiscal year 2028 and later.
