Minnesota Legislature applies to Congress to call a constitutional convention under Article V to propose a constitutional amendment imposing term limits on members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.

Minnesota Secretary of State directed to transmit copies of the resolution to the Speaker and Clerk of the U.S. House, President and Secretary of the U.S. Senate, U.S. Secretary of State, and Minnesota's congressional delegation.

This application covers the same subject matter as other states' applications for a convention on congressional term limits and shall be aggregated with those applications to reach the two-thirds state threshold required by Article V.

The application is limited to the subject of congressional term limits and shall not be aggregated with applications on any other subject matter.

This application constitutes a continuing application until legislatures of at least two-thirds of all states have submitted applications on the same subject.
