Authorizes the city of Roseville to impose a 0.5% local sales and use tax if approved by voters at a general election.

Tax revenues must be used for construction of a $64,200,000 maintenance facility and a $12,700,000 license and passport center, plus collection costs and debt service on bonds.

City may issue bonds up to $64,200,000 plus issuance costs for the maintenance facility and up to $12,700,000 plus issuance costs for the license and passport center.

Bonds issued are exempt from debt limitations and levy limitations applicable to the city, and no separate election is required to approve the bonds.

Tax expires at the earlier of 20 years after imposition or when the city council determines sufficient revenues have been collected to pay project and bond costs.
