$26,260,000 appropriated from trunk highway bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Transportation for environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, design, engineering, and reconstruction of U.S. Highway 10 between Clear Lake and St. Cloud.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue state trunk highway bonds up to $26,260,000, with proceeds deposited in the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund.

$2,740,000 appropriated from general obligation bonds in the state transportation fund for the same Highway 10 project improvements between Clear Lake and St. Cloud.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue general obligation bonds up to $2,740,000 for the Highway 10 project, following applicable Minnesota Statutes and constitutional provisions.

Total project funding of $29,000,000 designated for Phase One improvements to enhance safety and access along the Highway 10 corridor.
