Appropriates $900,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $900,000 in fiscal year 2025 from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for establishing a Tribal affairs workforce training program related to the construction industry.

Authorizes the commissioner of transportation to enter into agreements with private, public, or Tribal entities for planning, designing, developing, delivering, and hosting the workforce training program.

Permits use of appropriated funds to pay for reasonable administrative costs associated with the workforce training program.

Appropriates $100,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2025 from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for a Tribal-state relations training program to facilitate training for state agencies.
