Changes the reconsideration request deadline for correction orders from 15 calendar days to 15 calendar business days of receipt.

Specifies that correction order reconsiderations cannot be reviewed by any surveyor, investigator, or supervisor who participated in writing or reviewing the original correction order.

Updates home care service termination notice requirements to refer to "any housing contract" rather than specifically "housing with services contract," and adds ombudsman contact information to the termination notice.
