Requires Minnesota school districts to offer Holocaust and genocide of Indigenous Peoples education as part of middle and high school social studies curriculum by the 2025-2026 school year, with specific coverage of Dakota, Ojibwe, and Ho-Chunk removal from Minnesota.

Mandates curriculum analysis of World War II, nationalism, fascism, antisemitism, and the Holocaust, plus examination of multiple historical and contemporary genocides including Armenian, Ukrainian (Holodomor), Cambodian, Rwandan, and Rohingya genocides.

Establishes a Working Group on Education on the Holocaust, Genocide of Indigenous Peoples, and Other Genocides with 11-21 members including university experts, teachers, nonprofit representatives, and students to develop resources and training materials by May 1, 2025.

Requires the working group to submit a report to legislature by November 15, 2025, listing resources and materials for school districts implementing the education requirements.

Appropriates funds from the general fund to the Department of Education for working group operations, implementation of curriculum requirements, and professional learning grants for educators, with fiscal year 2026 base amounts to be determined.
