$58,199,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for reconstruction of the Interstate 35 and County State-Aid Highway 50 interchange in Lakeville.

Grant funds available to Dakota County, city of Lakeville, or both for design, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and related improvements.

Project scope includes multipurpose pedestrian and bicycle facilities, grade separated railroad crossings, public utility relocation, and stormwater management along I-35 from County State-Aid Highway 50 in Lakeville to County State-Aid Highway 42 in Burnsville.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue up to $58,199,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation, following procedures in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
