Increases housing infrastructure bond authorization from $30,000,000 to accommodate additional bonds specifically for veterans housing, including single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and four-plexes.

Adds new clause (8) to eligible uses of bond funding to finance construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, or new construction of single-family housing for veterans.

Creates new subdivision 2i authorizing issuance of additional housing infrastructure bonds with proceeds dedicated exclusively to veterans housing as described in the amended statute.

Establishes annual appropriations from the general fund beginning in 2024 through 2045 to transfer certified debt service amounts to the housing infrastructure bond account for repayment of bonds issued under the new veterans housing authorization.

All provisions take effect the day following final enactment.
