Establishes a pilot program through the Minnesota Department of Education to increase access to advanced coursework in six school districts or charter schools during the 2024-2025 to 2026-2027 school years.

Requires participating districts to adopt automatic enrollment policies for advanced placement, postsecondary enrollment, and honors courses in language arts, mathematics, and science for students meeting state standards or earning the highest grade in applicable subjects, with opt-out provisions for parents.

Mandates participating districts prioritize recruiting teachers of color, provide parent notification at least two weeks before school year start in three most common district languages, identify tutoring and academic supports, and collect disaggregated data on student enrollment and advanced placement outcomes.

Permits use of grant funds for advanced placement fees, teacher training, textbooks, tutoring, administrative expenses including data collection and family engagement, and teacher bonuses based on student advanced placement exam passage rates.

Requires the Commissioner of Education to submit a report to the legislature by January 1, 2028, with enrollment data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, free/reduced-price meal eligibility, and special education status, along with recommendations for implementing a statewide academic acceleration program.
